Admissions

A very warm welcome to St Teresa's,

Please find below information regarding the admission process for St Teresa's School. Please take the time to read the Admissions policy which will explain how places are allocated.  

Reception Admissions September 2023

To apply for a Reception place for September 2023, register and apply on-line with Hertfordshire admissions by 15th January 2023  www.hertsdirect.org/admissions  

You must also complete and return to the school office our Supplementary Information Form 2023.24  Along with your child's original baptism certificate and Certificate of Catholic Practice (if your child has been baptised and regularly attends church) by 3pm Friday 13th January 2023.

We will then process your application and issue you a receipt to confirm what paper work has been received.

Please note forms can only be processed by the office between 9.30am and 3pm or applications can be emailed to admissions@stteresas.herts.sch.uk

Certificate of Catholic Practice must be obtained from the priest at the parish where you normally worship.  

In Year Admissions 2022/23

In order for your application to be considered you must apply on-line with Hertfordshire www.hertsdirect.org/admissions and provide the school with a completed copy of the Supplementary Information Form (SIF)  22/23 (for in year admissions) and supporting documents (if applicable) returning it to the school office via email.

If your child has been baptised,  please also attached a copy of your child's baptism certificate and supporting letter from the church. For Catholic families this is called a Certificate of Catholic Practice (CCP). A Certificate of Catholic Practice must be obtained from the priest at the parish where you normally worship.

St Teresa's welcomes families from all faiths but preference is given to practising Catholic Families as per our Admissions Policy 2022/2023.
