New starter forms for Reception and in year admissions
For your convenience, these forms can be downloaded, completed, and returned to the school via email at admissions@stteresas.herts.sch.uk. Alternatively, you can print and return your completed form by hand to the school.
These are protected documents that will allow you to complete them on a computer but you may have to enable editing beforehand.
