Breakfast club terms and conditions
Booking and payment for our Breakfast Club should be made through our School Gateway System. Places are on a first come, first served basis so we strongly suggest you plan ahead and book well in advance. We cannot accept children if they have not been pre-booked and paid for in advance.
We still accept childcare vouchers for our Breakfast Club; however we need to receive payment in advance of your booking. Once the childcare vouchers are received, these will be added to your account and you will be notified so that you can then go on and book your sessions. Please email email@example.com when you have made a childcare voucher payment so that this can be allocated to your account.
There is a complimentary breakfast served only for those attending sessions before 8.15am, where there is a choice of cereals, toast and spreads.
Please do not drop your children early into sessions, if you do so you shall be charged for the full session.
If your child is unable to attend a session, the payment feature allows us to set a credit for that session onto your account. If your child does not arrive for their session without it being cancelled in advance, you will be given a credit on three occasions and over and above that, you will be charged. We are unable to offer refunds. All cancellations must be made in by 7am in the morning by text on 07936 591271.
